Industrial welding services
In order to manufacture such a diverse range of products from different materials, we have a comprehensive range of industrial welding processes for visible finishes in stainless steel. We select the process based on the thickness, the required mechanical strength and the finish required for each welded assembly.
Robotic welding
Complete weld repeatability in large production runs, with programmed parameters that guarantee the same quality in every part produced.
Laser welding
A very fine, high-precision wire with a minimal heat-affected zone. Ideal for thin sheet metal, precision parts and finishes where distortion must be virtually zero.
Precision in stainless steel and aluminium
A clean, high-quality weld bead for exposed finishes and demanding materials – the process we choose when the appearance of the weld is just as important as its strength.
Continuous thread
High productivity for series production and large welded assemblies, with a continuous weld bead that reduces manufacturing time in long production runs.
Coated electrode
Versatile and robust for structural work and medium-thickness materials, with good weather resistance during on-site assembly. It is the welding method that requires the least preparation of the workpiece, making it highly efficient for field work.
Point-based welding
Resistance welding, ideal for thin sheet metal and repetitive production, is widely used in assembly operations where speed and consistency are required. It does not require filler material, which reduces costs in very long production runs.

01
Cleaning
We remove scale and spatter prior to subsequent surface treatment.
02
Visual inspection of the seam
We check for porosity, undercuts and uniformity before moving on to the next stage.
03
Non-destructive testing (NDT)
Depending on the requirements of the part, we carry out penetrant, magnetic particle, ultrasonic or radiographic testing.
04
Leak test
Where the part requires it, we check that the joints are leak-free before delivery.

Frequently asked questions about industrial welding
Do you carry out batch welding or just weld individual parts?
MIG/MAG and continuous wire for mass production, and MMA or TIG for structural work and one-off parts.
What is resistance spot welding (RSW) and when is it used?
It is an ideal resistance-welded joint for thin sheet metal and repetitive production, and is widely used in assembly parts.
What certifications or quality controls apply to the cord?
We visually inspect each weld bead and adjust the intensity and speed settings according to the material, to ensure a uniform, pore-free joint.
Can you weld parts that have already been galvanised or painted?
We prefer to carry out the welding before the surface treatment and then apply the finish, to ensure a clean bond and a uniform result.
Can you weld aluminium and copper as well as steel?
Yes, we adapt the industrial welding process to suit carbon steel, galvanised steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper and brass. Please enquire about your specific material.
