- WHAT WE MANUFACTURE
Manufacturer of industrial boiler-made components
We are manufacturers of industrial metalwork: we design and manufacture bespoke cylindrical and conical components, elbows, tanks and hoppers for installations and process lines. Each component is calculated and formed in our own workshop, without relying on third parties for design or cutting.
Cones and reducers
Components calculated and plasma-cut to ensure a precise fit, eliminating the need for any reworking of the part after forming. We use them for diameter transitions within process lines and industrial pipework.
Elbows and bends
Pipe sections and transitions for piping and process lines, made to measure to suit the diameter and angle required for the installation. We weld each joint using the process best suited to the thickness and material of the pipe.
Cylindrical parts
We manufacture both individual parts and complete series.
Tanks and hoppers
Bespoke welded assemblies tailored to capacity and intended use, made from carbon steel, stainless steel or aluminium depending on the product they are to contain. We include reinforcements, legs and access hatches as required by the project.
Pipes and pipework
Formed and welded pipe sections for installation, ready to be fitted into the pipeline without any further adjustments. We manufacture them in various diameters and wall thicknesses depending on the required working pressure.
Manufacture to drawing or sample
If your component does not fall into any of these categories, we will develop it from scratch in collaboration with your technical team.

Can you work out the lateral surface area of a conical shape?
Yes, we calculate the flat pattern and cut it using plasma cutting to ensure a precise fit before forming.
Do you work with stainless steel?
Yes, we manufacture using 304L and 316L stainless steel, which are commonly used in process plants and the food industry.
Do you replace worn-out boiler parts?
Yes, using the original part or its dimensions, we manufacture an exact replacement to minimise downtime.
What thicknesses do you use for tanks and hoppers?
It depends on the tank’s capacity and intended use; we determine this in consultation with your company after assessing the pressure and the material to be stored.
Do you manufacture to drawings or only to samples?
Both options are available: based on engineering drawings or from a physical sample of the original part. Please ask us for a quote.
