What is IKALDER: a metal fabrication company
IKALDER is a company specialising in the manufacture of metal structures, sheet metal work and furniture, carrying out cutting, forming, assembly, welding and finishing work.
We work with a wide range of materials, including sheet metal, pipes, sections and flat bars, amongst others, which gives us great versatility to undertake a wide variety of projects and provide solutions for our most demanding clients.
Our facilities in Gondomar are equipped with cutting, forming and welding machinery, enabling us to plan each order with flexibility and to fulfil both one-off orders and large production runs for industrial companies.

From cutting to finishing
STAGE 01
Cut
Shearing, plasma cutting, sawing and punching of the material according to its thickness and geometry.
STAGE 02
Formed
Folding, rolling and bending until each piece has the required shape.
STAGE 03
Assembly
Assembly and preparation of each component before proceeding to welding.
STAGE 04
Welding
Robotic, laser, MMA/SMAW, MIG/MAG/FCAW, TIG and RSW, depending on the material and the intended use of the component.
STAGE 05
Finish
Polished, satin-finished, tinted, primed or top-coated, with a final inspection before delivery.
