IKALDER is a company specialising in the manufacture of metal structures, sheet metal work and furniture, carrying out cutting, forming, assembly, welding and finishing work.
We work with a wide range of materials, including sheet metal, pipes, sections and flat bars, amongst others, which gives us great versatility in undertaking a wide variety of projects.
The company is built on three fundamental pillars: quality – both in our products and in the service we provide to our customers – innovation and continuous improvement. Our resources, both technical and human, enable us to successfully tackle every new professional challenge.

Our services
Five integrated processes under one roof. From sheet metal cutting to the final finish.
Consulting
Feasibility studies, material selection and dimensioning prior to manufacture, for companies that need to define their project clearly.
Cut
Shear, high-precision plasma cutter, saw and punch press. We can cut up to 20 mm thick carbon steel and sheets measuring up to 4000×2000 mm.
Folding, rolling and bending
A range of machinery for sheet metal and tube forming.
Welding
Robotic, laser, MMA/SMAW, MIG/MAG/FCAW, TIG and spot welding (RSW). We select the appropriate process for each material, from carbon steel to stainless steel, aluminium, copper and brass.
Treatments
Polished, satin-finished, tinted, primed and painted in stainless steel, carbon steel and aluminium, with the finish and protection required for each project.
