Feasibility study
We analyse your company’s drawings, samples or specifications to confirm technical feasibility before manufacturing. We identify potential issues with tolerances, joints or machinery access at an early stage, thereby avoiding surprises and rework once production has begun.
Selection of materials
We advise you on whether to choose carbon steel, stainless steel or aluminium, depending on the intended use, the environment and the budget for the installation. We also assess the most suitable thickness and surface finish to ensure the component meets your required service life.
Calculation of developments
We carry out precise calculations for the development of cones, elbows and reducers for industrial sheet metal work prior to cutting. This preliminary calculation prevents material wastage and ensures that the part fits together correctly when formed.
Cost optimisation
We propose alternatives in terms of sheet metal processing and format that reduce manufacturing costs without compromising on quality. Sometimes, simply rearranging the cut-out layout on the sheet metal or changing the cutting process is enough to improve material utilisation.

Do I need plans to seek advice?
It is advisable, but not essential: we can start with a sample or a sketch.

Yes, we take into account the environment in which it will be used, the required durability and the budget in order to recommend the most suitable material.
How long does a feasibility study take?
For most projects, we provide an initial assessment within a few working days, once we have analysed the information you have provided.
Does the consultancy service also include the manufacture of the part?
Yes, as soon as the project is approved, we’ll move straight into production in our own workshop.
