Metal forming processes
Folding, rolling and bending are key steps in the manufacture of metal structures: they give sheet metal and tubing their exact shape prior to assembly and welding. We adjust the radius, angle and number of passes according to the thickness and alloy of the material, to prevent marks or cracks at the fold.
Folding machines, rolling and bending
Our bending machines are equipped with an extensive range of tooling to carry out the most varied, complex and precise types of bending, whilst working quickly.
This ensures the utmost satisfaction for our most demanding customers, as we provide them with bespoke solutions, and it enables us to significantly shorten the manufacturing process and maximise the profitability of mass-production runs.
We should also highlight our more than 20 years’ experience in this field.
We have a four-roller automatic bending machine with numerical control, in which the ends are set to the desired radius thanks to the initial pre-bending, and with which we manufacture all types of cylindrical and conical parts.
Our bending machines are equipped to bend tubes of various types and sizes, with different radii and bending angles.

Frequently asked questions about folding and bending
What folding radii can they achieve?
With our bespoke tooling, we can produce bends ranging from very tight angles to wide radii, depending on the thickness and material.
Do you bend tubes as well as sheet metal?
Yes, our tube benders can handle different types and sizes of tube, with various radii and bending angles.
Can the CNC cylinder be used for conical parts?
Yes, the automatic 4-roller cylinder with initial pre-bending allows cylindrical and conical parts to be produced with the desired radius right from the first section.
Can you bend long sheets of metal?
Yes, our bespoke jigs enable us to bend long sections whilst maintaining a straight line and a constant angle throughout the entire piece.
Does the process differ between steel, stainless steel and aluminium?
Yes, we adjust the pressure, radius and speed according to the material to prevent cracks or marks, particularly on aluminium and stainless steel.
Do you handle long runs of folding?
Yes, bespoke tooling streamlines the process and makes batch production more cost-effective for companies with recurring orders. Please ask us for a quote.
